I'm Karina Demuynck,43 years old (or young), for 20 years married with Rik and mother to three splendid boys. We have our Sander 18 years, Pieter 15 years and our Benjamin 8 years.
I'm a lucky one to have a close and happy family. We are living in Knokke-Heist , Belgium, near the seaside. For the job we're keeping a multi-shop. We're selling Electro, bicycles and we have also a cook-shop. A few years ago we found a nice house on the country side with some prairie. So one day we went to a agricultural fair and there we saw for the first time the miniature-horses.
From the first moment we were in love with this beautiful animals. There we bought our first little horse. From that day my sons were occupied every day with the horse, and after one horse came the second and than the third and so why have already a whole stable of horses. For the children it was and it is still a wonderful occupation. They learned responsibility, perseverance, and more of this things. There was also a new world who's open end. They met new people, became communicative and learned a lot.
The reason why I will participate as member of the MHCEurope is: A few years ago we met people in Holland who shared their knowledge on a marvelous way with us. We were always welcome there, on every question we had a honest answer. I learned there that hospitality can make people and yourself happy. So , I will try to do the same with other people. Through this way I want to share my knowledge and make other people happy.
The goal is to make from the MHCE a strong and appreciate club, accessible for all people, poor or rich, black or white. We want a club not only for competition, but most of all for fun and happiness.
